We have been open right through lockdown and continue to open 5 days a week. We hope to resume 7 day opening at the start of July.
Groomer Karen returned to work 3 weeks ago, Barbara is returning to work tomorrow (2ndJune) and Liam will return towards the end of the month.
We have a new dog groomer joining us later this month. Pippa will be working part time in our grooming salon to help cover while Debbie is on maternity leave and to work through the backlog of dog grooming appointments that built up while our salon was closed during lockdown.
We have worked hard to ensure the shop is a safe environment for staff and customers. Due to the layout and lack of floor space to allow for social distancing we are only allowing 1 individual customer into the shop at a time and operating a counter service with no browsing.
We are still able to offer local and national deliveries and many products on our website are available with free delivery!
For the time being we choose NOT to take cash in the shop due to the risk of transfer of the virus.
