Unfortunately once again we are facing significant disruption within the supply chain. Key issues are :
Delays at international shipping terminals
Delays with raw materials required to manufacture the product or packaging
Shortages of drivers
Increased demand on the delivery network in the lead up to and including Black Friday & Christmas
Pickers & packers off work isolating with Covid
Increased demand from the consumer in certain product categories
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days, with options available at checkout for express delivery or click and collect.
Own Brand Label Pet Food
Yesterday the supplier of our own label brands advised they have been forced to change the delivery lead times to 7 working days. (We normally receive our deliveries within 48hours).
This is very frustrating as you can imagine. We will attempt to keep the shelves well stocked but as we had no time to prepare for this we may expect some shortages until the problem is resolved.
We would recommend customers plan in advance, especially if your pet has food allergies or intolerances and place advance orders for your food to ensure your supply is not disrupted.
