Tier 4 Information

Just an update for customers following the tier 4 restrictions that started on 31st December.

🖤 We are classed as an essential retailer so will remain open for pet food, pet supplies. Normal opening hours as of 4th Jan.

💛 Our grooming salon will remain open as we are allowed to groom for welfare reasons. (More details to follow).

🖤 Max 2 customers allowed in store at any time. Please shop alone where possible.

💛 Please remember to wear a facemask* and please put it on before you enter the shop. Do not remove it to speak to staff or other customers. (*Unless medically exempt).

🖤 Please follow the one way system when in store and remember social distancing. Please do not approach other customers dogs or pet them without asking first.

💛 Card payment only. Please pay contactless up to £45. No cash accepted.

🖤 Local & national delivery available. Or click & collect in store. Please place orders via the website allow 3-5 working days for non stock items.
